Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship from the United States. Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.
- Domestic (US) Standard — 3–7 business days
- Domestic (US) Expedited — 1–3 business days
- Canada — 5–10 business days
- International — 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $500.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.
Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- SFX RGBW Wireless Tube Kits — 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition, unmodified, with all included accessories
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- WLED DMX Tubes — sold as a limited beta run, as-is with no returns
To initiate a return, email team@sfxled.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
SFX RGBW Wireless Tube Kits come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond IP54 rated conditions, or modifications to the hardware or firmware.
